The Hosted Buyer Program is designed for:

• CIOs (Chief Information Officers)
• Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs)

• Professionals in Purchasing & Procurement Departments

• Travel included: Transport (flight or train ticket just in Europe) and hotel are included between Tuesday 9th June and 11th June, 2026.
• Accommodation: Two nights’ accommodation in the hotel**** booked by the organization and buffet breakfast included.
• Honour Pass – Full Access Experience: An Honour pass with access to:
  • Access to the exhibition area with 400+ firms and 700+ innovations
  • Access to all conferences of the Digital Business World Congress & DES Universe Congresses (145+ hours of content)
  • Entry to the VIP Lounge, the most exclusive space
• Networking Activities: Different networking activities within the framework of DES. (this is a unique and personal invitation, and you cannot bring a plus one).

• Optional Shuttle Service: Shuttle from the meeting point to the fairground and to the networking activities.
• Exclusive Meetings Agenda: Structured Meeting’s agenda with executives of suppliers of interest present at DES (non-prepared by the organization) – A minimum of 5 meetings is required.

After the indicated deadline, the organization cannot guarantee travel and accommodation coverage.

• Hosted Buyer Program is a plan of action strictly reserved for C-level profiles responsible for the identification and acquisition of digital and/or technological products and/or solutions whose mission is to come to DES – Digital Enterprise Show to meet potential suppliers, close business opportunities and establish commercial links.
• Transport only by train or airplane in economy class and only within Europe.
• Hotel accommodation is only for 1 guest.
• The train or flight ticket includes a cabin bag.
• Transfers from the airport/train station to the hotel and diets are NOT included, nor extra hotel expenses (minibar or other services).
• The organization reserves the right to choose the airline, railway company or hotel. The organization will try to book the flight or train that suits best your schedule preferences.
• Once the transport ticket and the hotel room are booked and confirmed, only one change to your travel plan will be accepted. Any extra charge for changes or cancellations shall be charged to the person concerned.
• The organization only works with our selected list of hotels. Changes to other accommodation will not be covered.
• Each Hosted Guest will be required to participate in at least 5 meetings with potential suppliers in the Brokerage Event for 1- to -1 meetings in the venue, as well as encouraged to attend the networking activities created by the organization.
• Selected networking activities will be confirmed by the organization following a first-come first served basis. Invitations are individual and personal, plus one is not accepted.
• Printed pass is mandatory to access the event and to the network activities.

The Hosted Buyer Program selection is determined according to the participation criteria indicated by the organization (limited places available)
