CISO for the Government of La Rioja and a cybersecurity enthusiast. I hold a degree in Physics and a Master’s in Cybersecurity. After 18 years in the public administration of La Rioja, I remain passionate about my work.
With over 30 years of professional experience, always in the field of information technology in major private sector companies such as Telefónica, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies, I have had the opportunity to work on numerous projects that have presented significant challenges both for myself and for the organizations I have worked for.
With an open and collaborative mindset, I rarely say no to a new challenge or a motivating project. My current endeavor is to promote a true transformation of the administration that goes beyond simple digitalization. From the cybersecurity perspective, we can push a lot.
