From a young age, my curiosity and imagination made me love technology and marketing. After completing my B.A. in Marketing in Spain, my passion for new cultures and different peoples brought me to Italy. I am a Business Developer at BigProfiles for Spain and Latam markets. BigProfiles is a tech startup that developed the first Artificial Intelligence Platform specialized for Telesales & Telemarketing. Thanks to its machine learning algorithms, it can predict a variety of propensities, from the probability of purchase to that of churn, for each prospect or client in a database or CRM; resulting in increased sales, enhanced conversion rates, and gross margins, while reducing costs.
