My name is Santiago Franco Castro.

I joined Amadeus in 2019, a leading global technology organization. I know how central Digital & Transformation Services is to keeping Amadeus working and evolving for tomorrow. My goal is to build on that, in order to efficiently support our partners in business units and functional areas to evolve and focus on market challenges and customers’ needs. This means ensuring a strong and engaged team, that can deliver the required technology, expertise and capabilities.

I’m a very straight forward, open minded person. I believe in delivering results that make a difference. I believe in taking decisions that result in empowerment and accountability as well as in meritocracy. I believe technology can improve our day to day experiences and that we need to put our customers at the heart of what we do. And I believe that people and talent are the foundations of all meaningful progress.
