Rafael Larrosa Jiménez works as system manager for the Picasso supercomputer at the SCBI (Supercomputing and Bioinformatics) of the University of Málaga, where advises researchers and companies on the use of supercomputing resources. After working and obtaining a PhD in massive data storage, has shifted interest to preparing solutions for bioinformatics problems. He is also Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Architecture since 2002.
