Meritxell Ferrate

Meritxell is the Chief People&Culture Officer at Towa International and a member of the Transformation Office. She also leads the communications functions and is the driving force behind the company’s crosscutting sustainability strategy.

She defines herself as a Change Enhancer and her mission is to create change in organizations to align them with their strategy and business needs through the most important thing, people.

She has 20 years of experience in designing transformation strategies, change management, organizational design, and team development in companies such as Grifols and Inditex. Her position in P&C has allowed her to lead this transformation through cultural change and collaborative leadership with fostering flexibility and creativity and creating high performance and constantly changing work environments. Meritxell is an engineer and very action oriented to make things happen quickly. She defines herself by the values of authenticity, consistency, and credibility.
