He has been director of the Logistics Department of the Spanish Air Force Academy, general director of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Spain), postgraduate academic director at the Executive Logistics Centre (CELOGIS) (Monterrey, Mexico) and at the Metropolitan University (Guayaquil, Ecuador).
