Laura Gil, an economist from the UAB, has been at Damm for 25 years, where she has worked in areas such as finance and Corporate Management at Rodilla. Since 2016 he has been leading the digital transformation and in 2024 he assumes the role of Chief Digital and Data Officer to promote a business model based on data and artificial intelligence.
