Icíar Lasa

Icíar Lasa is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Tarpuy Consulting, a consultancy practice launched in 2012, focused on helping organizations align strategy and execution, facilitating organizational development & change management, and supporting fast growing start-ups and SMBs.

She was a key part of the Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence Business School initiative since its inception in 2018, co-authoring several modules and designing and delivering workshops for Microsoft’s top clients thought out the world.

Prior to Tarpuy Consulting, Icíar worked at Santander Group for over 13 years, where she was Product and Program Head for various planforms and solutions. She lived and worked in several countries.

Icíar holds a BA in Software Engineering by UPM, and a Master’s of Science in Business & Management from Stanford GSB. She is also a Certified Change Management Professional, an Executive and Systems Coach. Has completed the Boards of Advisors Program by ESADE-CIONET.
