Henrike Weiden gained professional experience as a lawyer, lobbyist, and in a telco company. Since 2017, she has been teaching and researching at HM Business School in Munich, focusing on law in the digital transformation, with particular emphasis on platform economies, intellectual property, and data protection law. She has served as member of the university’s Ethics Committee since 2022. Since 2024, she chairs the Advisory Committee to the German DSC responsible for enforcing the DSA.
