David Payeras Bailly

Chief People Officer and member of the Management Committee of MANGO since 2021. MANGO is a leading fashion retail company, with more than 15,000 associates around the world. Before, he was VP of Talent and Organization in Grifols and previously he had held different HR management positions in P&G and Arbora & Ausonia. Graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, he has an MBA from ESADE, a Master in Organizational Development from the GR Institute, and a PDG from IESE and completed an Executive Program at Georgetown-ESADE. David is a leader in the field of HR, where he has deployed the best international practices, has been a pioneer in advanced talent management and organizational development, and has led transformation projects, placing the area of HR as a main actor of change. He believes that everything happens through people, that strategy is conditioned by culture and purpose, and that leadership is the key to developing talent and the organization.
