Carlos Pelegrín Fernández López

More than 30 years of experience in the field of Change Management and HR. He began his career in Zardoya Otis. In 1992 he joined Desarrollo Organizacional. At the end of 1996 he joined Caja Madrid, where he was Director of Selection, Training and Development until 2001. From that year until 2009 he was Director of Change Management, Training and HR Development at Telefónica Spain, where he also led the innovation programs. Advisory Director at everis, he joined Orange as Talent Management Manager. In 2012 he began working at Iberia, where he had different responsibilities until assuming the position of Chief People Officer. Since 2017 Senior Advisor for different companies such as MASMOVIL, MBIT School, Gamma Solutions, Wenea, Thinking Heads, Komvida, BALEÀRIA, BeeDigital, the Spanish Medicines Agency, Akzo Nobel or COLORBABY, among others. He is a member of the Advisory Boards of Driver Services , and of CIONET. Deusto visiting professor, and TOP 100 Thinking Heads speaker.
