20 years in large corporations and more than 10 years working together with social and cultural entrepreneurs and organizations, building projects of communities of change, social innovation and collaborative networks. Last 5 years she developed and led the new positioning and the society re-engagement strategy of the Spanish Red Cross.

As volunteer since 2012 member of TED as TEDx organizer, since 2015 one of the 24 TEDx worldwide Ambassadors and one of the 9 TEDx Legacy organizers recognized worldwide for having created unique local communities of innovation, knowledge and transformation. Member of the TED’s Global Impact Network, an innovative project of TED and Skoll, and Climate Reality Leader of the Climate Reality Project of Algore.
