Andy Stevens is the Chief Data Officer at Clear Channel International (CCI) – one of the leading global outdoor media companies – where he is responsible for defining and implementing the European data strategy, including the data platform, RADAR, and new programmatic buying platform, LaunchPAD.

Andy joined CCI in May 2019, having most recently held the role of Senior Vice President of Insights and Analytics at Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA). He was the driving force behind CCOA’s RADAR – the out of home industry’s first-to-market suite of data and analytics tools that leverage mobile location data to enhance OOH for advertisers. Named one of AdWeek’s Top Mobile Innovators of 2016, RADAR continues to redefine how outdoor advertising is bought and sold in the US. Andy is now focused on rolling the tool out across CCI’s European markets and expanding the programmatic footprint.
