Graduated in Classical Philology from the University of Seville (1982-1987) and graduated in Law from the University of Cádiz (1992-1997). He was appointed Attorney of the Courts and has practiced the legal profession. Since 1989 he has been a Professional Civil Servant. He has been a speaker on the subject of Prevention of Occupational Risks in the Course for Teaching Officials in Practices and coordinator at the Jerez Teachers’ Center of the Training and Labor Orientation Course. In the field of teaching research he is co-author of the book ‘El Juez en el Colegio’. He was Councilor of the City Council of Jerez, with the performance of Delegate of Urban Planning, Infrastructure, Housing and Mobility (2011-2016). In that period, he was also a Provincial Deputy until December 14, 2016, when he was appointed Deputy Delegate of the Government of Spain in the province of Cádiz, a position he held until July 2018.
