Xavier Rebés

Xavier Rebés joined TOUS in 2022, amid the transformation of the jewelry company. As Digital & Innovation Director, he leads cross-company transformation projects. He is a member of the Executive Committee and reports directly to the CEO.

Xavier joined TOUS from Caixabank, where he led the innovation and digital strategy department. He also brings extensive experience in innovation, transformation, and digitalization at companies such as Oliver Wyman, ValueClick, and PwC.
