EMEA Head of Tech and Head of Channels. Responsible for driving the delivery of the Strategic objectives of Hays Technology recruitment businesses in EMEA. This includes IT Contracting & Permanent Technology recruitment in Southern Europe, FraBeNeLux, Central and Eastern Europe and UAE. Also, since July 2004 I am also responsible for orchestrating subject matter expertise in structurally growing domains including Cyber Security, Data & AI, Engineering, Life Sciences, Green and Sustainability.

I have a degree in Psychology from the UAB, am a Certified Recruitment Consultant (CRC) and Member of the Institute of Consultancy.

I am a member of the Agrupació de Jugadors del Futbol Club Barcelona. Contributing, as a former FC Barcelona player, to watching over the players during and after their professional life, integrating them, helping them and accompanying them, and giving back to FC Barcelona and society what we all received from the club.
