HR Responsible for Digital in Airbus Defence & Space during the last 9 years have been working directly in the Digital Transformation from people point of view. Passionate about working with other cultures, I spent four years in Germany (Munich) when Airbus was conformed as a Group. After this international experience, had the honor of participating actively in the creation of Airbus Helicopter as a company in Albacete and Getafe. Long distance runner, sport gave me big lessons about resilience.
