Rafael Luis López

Rafael is currently one of the partners of Idrus SI, in charge of commercial activities. The company is focused in deploying best in class solutions to automate call center interactions for different types of customers. The solutions use extensively AI technologies to build voice telephony assistants.
Previously, he had several Senior Management positions in Consultancy and IT services companies for more than 30 years, namely Atos, Schlumberger Sema and Sema Group and others.
He studied Electrical Engineering in Madrid and is passionate about sports, practicing several pf them.
He is thrilled by technology and loves to explore new challenges and opportunities brought by new technologies, like AI.
