Within the Deputy Directorate General for Business Development and Customers, she leads key technological initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and engagement in the fields of telephony, virtual assistants, CRM, digital channels, and artificial intelligence. Her approach combines strategic vision and technical expertise to drive digital transformation. She holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, an Executive MBA from IE, a Master’s in Insurance Entity Management, and an Executive Master’s in AI.
