José Luis Bezares del Cueto

José Luis Bezares, currently holds the position of Head of Division for Digital Spain 2030 in the State Secretariat for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service. He holds a degree in Physical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and is a civil servant in the category of Technologies and Communications. He is an expert in ICT, specially in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, with an extensive career of over 30 years in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes the corporate development of his own company in the domain of artificial intelligence technologies and the execution of technical projects internationally, primarily in the regions of Eastern Europe, South Africa, and Mexico.
