Javier Hernández Díez

Computer Engineer and belongs to the Higher Corps of Information and Communications Technologies of the State. He has been working in the administration for more than 15 years, and is currently the Deputy Director General for Promotion and Innovation of Digital Services at the Ministry of Justice, collaborating in the digital transformation of Justice, in matters of data governance, user experience, and interoperability, among many others. He is also responsible for the Administrative Records to Support Judicial Activity. Previously, he has held different positions, such as Deputy Director of Technologies at the Ministry of the Presidency, or responsible for horizontal projects of the state, and has collaborated in different teachings and books related to technology applied to public services.
