Iñaki Uriarte

Iñaki Uriarte Landa has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in data protection, consumer law, telecommunications, and digital services. Since 2001, he has served as legal advisor to Adigital, representing the association before institutions such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), CEOE, IAB Spain, and Ecommerce Europe. He has advised companies on matters including e-commerce, digital taxation, payment systems, and regulatory compliance, closely following the development of key regulations such as the GDPR, DSA, DMA, eIDAS 2, and the AI Act. He has extensive experience in out-of-court dispute resolution, serving as an accredited secretary by Red.es in “.es” domain disputes and as a mediator for Confianza Online. He is a certified DPO by APEP, holds a Law degree, and a Master’s in Telecommunications and Digital Marketing. He has published works and articles on digital law and data protection and has been a lecturer in specialized university programs since 2016.
