Cristian Florez

Aerospace Engineer with an MBA from ESADE and an Executive MBA (PLDA) from Harvard Business School. Throughout my career, I have worked in international environments, from managing projects across Africa and Europe to opening new markets in Latin America and the United States. I founded a startup in Miami and later led WeWork’s expansion across Southern Europe. Currently, I serve as Partner, Chairman, and CEO of Be Mate, a global serviced apartment company operating in five countries. I am passionate about building diverse teams, scaling sustainable business models, and driving innovation through strategy and leadership.
