Ana Ceballos Guerrero

Industrial Engineer from the School of Industrial Engineering, University of Seville, with doctoral studies in Design Engineering. Since 1991, I’ve worked on AI research projects, including IBM’s Expo’92 visitor services system. I joined the Andalusian Health Department in 1995, later becoming Deputy Director of IT at the Andalusian Health Service, leading digital transformation projects. In 2013, I coordinated IT policy at the Finance Department, contributing to the GIRO system. Since 2022, I’ve led Strategy and Cybersecurity at the Andalusian Digital Agency, overseeing cybersecurity strategy, the regional cybersecurity center, and the future Cybersecurity Agency. I manage EU-funded projects (FEDER, MRR, RETECH), co-lead national and EU consortia, and helped create the Andalusian Cybersecurity Cluster. I’m also a member of the Mujeres Cyber-Lideres de Andalucia and WomANDigital.
