Quantum Spain and Talentq: towards a quantum workforce in Spain

The spanish project Quantum Spain targets at creating a national ecosystem in quantum computing. It has a specialized program dedicated toTalentQ which aims at enabling professionals and tecnitians in the art of Quantum computing. For that task a variety of tools and activities have been set up, such as masterclasses, online seminars, educational videos and e-learning tools, etcetera. This year is the International Year of Quantum and TalentQ wants to be a relevant actor in the scene, and we actively collaborate in integrating and coordinating the activities that organized by different instances all along the national territory. I will discuss the challenges and reasonable expectations in the near future.
