Josetxo Soria Checa

Josetxo Soria is the Government Affairs & Public Policy Manager at Google Madrid, focusing on AI and law. He is an AI and Policy Professor at IE University and previously spent four years at Microsoft. A lead contributor to the EU AI Act campaign, he manages high-level partnerships with the Spanish Royal Academy and the Prime Minister’s Office. He holds an MSc in International Relations from Strathclyde and a BSc in Law and Business from Zaragoza.
