Francisco Javier Ridruejo Pérez holds a PhD in Computer Engineering (cum laude) and is the General Director for the Digital Society of the Government of La Rioja. He has more than 20 years of experience in technological innovation, digital transformation and public management. He has led European projects, smart city initiatives and digital strategies, and has held management positions at Bosonit, RECI and Logroño City Council.
