Carlos, an engineer with a degree from Madrid Polytechnic University, holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and postgraduate studies in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland. He’s certified in Digital Marketing for International Business Development and ITC & GIS from Siemens Data-Technic Schule.

As Founder/CEO of ONE digital consulting, President of VR/AR Association Madrid Chapter, and Co-Chair of Education Committee, he’s deeply involved in Immersive Learning and ICICLE’s X-Reality SIG. A contributor to AENOR’s Smart Cities Experts Group and XR Experts Committees,

Carlos boasts 30+ years in Innovation Consultancy at companies like SIEMENS and Sagentia. He authored key publications and directed the XR Track at DES, leading projects such as Madrid in Game and Vivaldi 3.0.
Carlos also mentors in immersive tech startup programs globally.
