Begoña Villacís is a Spanish lawyer and executive with experience across the public and private sectors. She holds a law degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a master’s in Tax Consultancy and Tax Law from Comillas Pontifical University. After more than a decade advising companies, she served as Madrid City Councillor and Deputy Mayor (2019–2023). She now works in technology and institutional relations, connecting business, innovation and public affairs.
