Teresa Niubó

Teresa has had over 20 years of executive & leadership experience in multinational firms such as Affinity Petcare, Sara Lee, General Electric and Digital Equipment Corporation. During this time she has driven business expansion, cultural changes and talent development initiatives.

In 2022 she took a gap period and went to Palo Alto and San Francisco to study at Stanford University, fulfilling her dream to study at the heart of one of the most innovative places in the world. bloom mood grew from that experience in California with the aim to help organisations transform and grow by using design thinking & agile methodologies and bring value to businesses by putting people at the centre of organisations.

She is a passionate Digital Activist, eager to inspire business leaders to succeed in Digital Transformation.
