Position:
Stuart is a Principal Solutions Engineer for the EMEA MySQL Solution Engineering team. His focus is on helping customers develop MySQL applications as well as improving the (high) availability and scalability of their existing MySQL deployments whether they be on-premise or in the Oracle Cloud. He achieves this through educating and consulting with customers on the optimal usage of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, tools, processes and new features; this results in better, more professional MySQL deployments.
Prior to joining MySQL, Stuart was a Solutions Architect for a multi-national systems integrator. Before this, he worked as a systems engineer for Sun Microsystems. Stuart graduated from university with a first class degree in Information Technology.
