

Raimond Torrents, (Business Sciences and MBA), is CEO of Event Management Institute and Torrents & Friends (event agency). Linked to the world of events since 1987, in 2005 he published “Eventos de Empresa” (“Business Events”) (Deusto), the first book on corporate events published in Spanish, which it updates and reissues in 2019 in digital format. He has created and directed events of all kinds, nationally and internationally, and he has been part of the jury for the EIBTM, Emporia and Eventoplus awards. Raimond collaborates as a columnist in marketing and communication publications, is a professor of live communication in several Spanish universities and gives lectures always related to the organization of events and the secrets of live communication.
In 2013 he presented his book “Creations and Design of events” in Shanghai, aimed at the Chinese events industry.
Since 2016, he leads a research program related to the behaviour of audiences at live events.
