Paloma is an outstanding professional with more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector. During her career, she has successfully led teams focused on product and project development. In this last stage, her main focus is to lead the digital transformation of our clients by focusing on the sustainability of our projects and the impact generated in the organisations. His passion for innovation and his strategic vision have been key to drive the success of our projects. At IPM, together with the Ricoh Group, we have developed our strategy and focus on sustainability, which is why all management positions aim to focus on this key element for our growth, and Paloma is leading this movement within our company strategy together with other members of the team.
