Nury Rector Rubio

Nury is a talent management, transformation, and business employee experience professional with more than 18 years of global experience. She has worked in multinational companies from their headquarters in North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Emirates and Asia. She is an expert in culture and diversity management, and she has specialties in digital business and innovation.

She has experience as a strategic people consultant and in the fast-moving consumer goods, energy, pharmaceutical, fashion retail sector and now she is creating the EX and learning department in a scale up tech company. She has supported different companies in their digital transformation, as well as in mergers and acquisitions processes.

She is a born connector and a systemic team coach. She has recently been trained for designing the future of work at MIT Sloan Business School and she is member of the LPI advisory board and AI for learning community.
