Miguel Ángel Leal

Miguel Ángel graduated in Higher Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid Madrid and has completed the Senior Management Program at the IESE Business School.

Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at LaLiga, since January 2023. He previously led LaLiga Tech, the LaLiga entity focused on promoting the digital transformation of the sports and entertainment industry, serving as CEO from its creation in the summer of 2021, after completing the entry process for Globant as an investor and shareholder of LaLiga Tech. Between April 2019 and August 2021, he has worked for Huawei Spain, as Director of the Enterprise Business Unit. Prior to that he worked for the Spanish technology multinational Teldat S.A., where he held the position of General Manager for Spain and Portugal, leading its internalization process as Vice President for Southern Europe, and later occupying the position of Corporate General Director.
