Position:
Luis holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering since 2008. He has 20 years of experience participating in R&D projects, many of them in direct cooperation with the industry, taking cutting-edge ICT technologies to the market.
Since 2015 Luis is leading Gradiant, a private R&D center specialized on cybersecurity, connectivity and AI technologies. With a strong business and impact-oriented focus, Gradiant creates innovative technologies which help companies create competitive advantages in the market.
Since 2018 Luis has been actively involved, together with other R&D centers, companies and industrial clusters, in the creation of DATAlife, a Digital Innovation Hub to accelerate the digital transformation of strategic economy sectors in Galicia.
