Luis Fernández Hernando. Global Director of Public Administrations at Minsait. With more than twenty years’ experience in Modernisation Project Management in the Public Sector and seventeen years in Management, he is currently the Global Director of Public Administrations at Minsait. Inspired to generate solutions to the challenges faced by Public Administrations through new management models for the benefit of citizens. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration (MBA Executive) – Instituto de Empresa.
