With over four years of experience in Human Resources, Judit stands out as an Employer Branding Specialist at PayFit. Her expertise in Recruitment and Employer Branding has enabled her to lead the global EB strategy at the company. She began her career in Talent Acquisition at INDRA and transitioned to the Tech Scaleup sector, joining PayFit as a People Specialist. She has grown within the company, experiencing a phase of hypergrowth as Talent Acquisition, and currently leads all aspects of PayFit’s Employer Branding.
Passionate about Human Resources, Marketing, sports, indoor cycling, and above all, traveling and discovering new cultures, Judit holds a solid academic background in Psychology, continuously driving innovation in her field.
