Jose Anguí has more than 15 years in Marketing and Product departments in companies from different sectors and is a true believer in Customer Experience as a sustainable growth vector for companies. He joined Tenerity in March 2011 and, since then, he has held different positions of responsibility in the product, marketing and commercial areas. He has worked in the development of loyalty solutions for banking, telecommunications and transport companies. In addition, he has led Customer Experience projects within the company. Jose holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from San Pablo CEU University and a Master in Marketing and Sales Management (GESCO) from ESIC Business & Marketing School. He also holds a professional certification in Customer Experience from DEC.
