

I specialise in Digital Transformation driven by customer strategy (CX, CRM and Customer Centric Strategic Development). Among my roles I act as a director of digital architecture and CRM implementation projects for enterprise and mid size companies. I focus on delivering business outcomes by conceptualising, creating, mapping and guiding the delivery of digital solutions, whilst maintaining a strategic focus.
My focus at DES is to bring to you some of the insights I’ve gathered through over 15 years of experience in the CRM space, both from a strategy perspective as well as from a technology perspective. At redk we are currently working on very exciting projects with Salesforce, Zendesk, SugarCRM, monday.com and ADA as our tech partners.
