I’m afraid I work as a consultant! But let me be more specific: I’m an independent Senior Advisor, specialised in complex companies transformation (complexity implies complex business nature, big size, and spread/scattered on different territories. The more complex your company, the more you need people like me!
Besides, I teach at The Valley Digital Business School, on several topics: keys of the digital transformation, customer experience, transformation methodologies, cultural change, and stuff like that.
My background has its roots in the early 90s, when telecom companies opened the Telefonica monopoly. I also worked for a software company. And after one year studying at IESE, I decided to create a consultancy company. And that’s what I´ve been doing for 15 years, as far as the professional side is concerned.
Just to summarize, I always say that I try to be, for my clients, the person that I would have liked to have by my side, do you know what I mean?
