Deputy Director of Digital Transformation. Madrid Digital Office
Over the last two years we have designed the Madrid Digital Capital strategy, which is ambitious and realistic, with 3 main objectives: Digital Services for People, City Intelligence and Digital Innovation Hub.
We have set up a digital transformation centre to develop this strategy, update it annually so that it is a dynamic, flexible and adaptable instrument, and design and implement transformational projects.
Previously, I worked in Gijón City Council for 23 years, designing and executing organisational, technological and management transformation plans and projects for municipal services.
