Daniel Sarasa

My work consists on planning and managing urban innovation projects for the city of Zaragoza. After having launched the municipal Wi-Fi network and the public start-up ecosystem inside “Etopia Center for Arts and Technology”.)

Part-time writer and frequent speaker, I have given talks and conferences in 20 countries and 3 continents.

I am co-author of Zaragoza’s Digital Strategy and of the book “Etopia. Center for Arts & Technology” and “Open City, Digital City”.

In 2018, I was appointed by Eurocities as chair of its Data Working Group.

Since the end of 2020, I am Director of the Zaragoza City of Knowledge Foundation.
