Cristina Vila Carreira

Cristina Vila is a polymath expert in the reinvention of organizations guiding them into the future based on the trends that push the present (longevity, space, AI, social changes…), detecting impacts and opportunities at the beginning of a new industrial revolution. “Searching for the next big thing, enjoying the little things along the way.”

Trained as a Telecom Engineer (project Xatcobeo ESA-INTA) and MsC in Computer Science, she has held positions of responsibility in different companies in the insurance sector (Deloitte, Grupo hna, Zurich), being elected 40u40 in the insurance sector in two consecutive years. She also works with startups in various sectors: technology, health, education… In addition, she is trainer in business schools and universities.

Combining technological and business knowledge, she has focused on strategy, transformation and operations in digital businesses and their ecosystems of partnerships, deepening in the use of data, CX and product design.
