In this role, works with Organizations, Leaders and Teams on their challenges and potential development to run their business more efficiently, profitability and sustainable through their human skills. Special focus in times of high-intensity change (scaling up, transformations, M&A).
Over than 20 years experience, always related to Technology, People, Leadership and Change, has been from Consulting (15 years of experience, the majority in Accenture) and in PepsiCo (11 years) leading projects from the IT area with the business, being the CIO for Iberia and leading the Business Applications Team in Europe (more than 15 countries).
