Computer Science Engineer with more than 30 years working experience in national and multinational companies like Telefónica, Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (the Spanish Stock Exchange) or Sun Microsystems linked to then emerging technologies like intelligent buildings, electronic banking, e-commerce, Voice over IP, PKI, electronic signatures (including voice signature), Federated Identity, Self-Sovereign Identity and blockchain.

I’ve been a main contributor to the definition and implementation of the Alastria Identity Model, that has been the base for UNE 71307 (Spanish standard on Digital Identity management based on DLT), UNE 71307 has been contributed to CEN/CENELEC. Alastria ID has been taken as a founding starting point for to EBSI/ESSIF use case and DALION Identity joint project, where ten of the most important Spanish companies collaborate.
