Angelina Gentili

As Head of People Operations of Personio, Angelina leads a global team that supports the HR employee experience of more than 1800 employees distributed in five countries. Angelina has dedicated her career to supporting HR functions and strategies in fast-growing tech companies, especially during business transformations and expansions. Throughout her career, Angelina has partnered with tech companies like Seagate and Earnin in the USA (Bay Area), and Everis in various countries in South America. During her free time, Angelina enjoys her family and a well-crafted cup of coffee.
