Alvaro de Salas Lasagabaster

Director of Innovation and Strategy for Financial Services at Minsait and member of the Steering Committee. Álvaro is also a member of the Company’s Corporate Innovation Committee and a board member of Fintechs such as Afterbanks and Finect, as well as a Trustee of the Eurocaja Rural Foundation.
Álvaro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and a PMD (Program for Management Development) from the Instituto de Empresa. With 20 years of professional experience, Álvaro has worked in various areas of the business, including finance, consulting, operations, business development, and innovation.
Throughout his career, he has held different positions in multinational companies such as Deloitte, Polaroid, UOL, and Indra.
