Channels we use to communicate with our customers are changing, growing every day: multiple websites, online applications, mobile apps, emails, chatbots, contact center, … Each of them typically implemented with different technologies, management teams or even with different content strategy. It means different experiences for the customer, usually providing uncommon styling, messages, product descriptions… The bigger the organisation is, the more channels it provides and the more disparate experiences it offers to their customers. In this scenario, it is not possible to implement common strategies for digital experiences, including hyperpersonalisation.
